REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

BE HAPPY!

We’d prefer our customers to be happy but occasionally things do go wrong, if they do we’ll try our best to put them right.

OVERVIEW

  • If you’re unhappy with your purchase or need to return it please get in touch at shop@scooterlab.uk and let us know.
  • SLUK is run by scooterists and we’ll try our best to help you to be satisfied.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We have a 30 day returns policy.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are sent as soon as we receive your item back at SLUK HQ, providing there is no damage you’ll be refunded in full minus the postage cost.

SHIPPING RETURNS

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
