The SLUK Catcher – Frame Guard is designed to fit discreetly, once fitted you won’t know it’s there.
To fit, simply remove the number plate to access the top two bolts used to attach the number plate surround/rear plastic bumper, replace these bolts with the 2 stainless nuts, longer bolts and penny washers (supplied). Ignore the third hole on the photos, we decided that wasn’t needed on the production version.
We suggest using some corrosion protection spray before fitting the SLUK Catcher to give some added protection.
SLUK Catcher is designed to fit perfectly but allows an air gap to prevent moisture being trapped between it and the frame.
Fits Vespa GTS/GTV 125/250/300 (including HPE) 2005-2022 (not for new style late 2022-2023 model).
We’ve made this item to fit as closely as possible to the rear mudguard without touching it under load. If you’re a particularly heavy rider, or are heavily loaded on soft suspension settings then you may need to trim the inner radius of the SLUK Catcher slightly to allow extra clearance around the rear mudguard. This can easily be done with a Dremel or similar tool.
