Vespa GTS/GTV SLUK Tail

Reduce road spray and grime with a SLUK Tail to match your front SLUK Guard

ScooterLab have had massive success with our SLUK Guard extension for the Vespa GTS and GTV front mudguards. These reduce the amount of muck flung up onto the vulnerable metal chassis.

The SLUK Tail is the perfect accompaniment to a SLUK Guard and comes in the same array of five standard colours (textured matt black, gloss black, white, silver and carbon fibre effect). SLUK Tail acts as a rear mudguard extension, reducing spray into the vortex behind your machine and keeping your scooter and pillion passenger cleaner. It also comes in two versions, ‘Sleek’ and ‘GB’ the GB version has a recess to allow fitment of our SLUK UK stickers 9sticker is supplied with UK version. The recess is a standard oval size so you can use various stickers from Halfords etc. if you prefer).

The SLUK Tail simply locates on to the bottom edge of the rear mudguard and uses automotive-grade double-sided 3M tape to attach it, as well as two stainless steel 4mm self-tappers (supplied with suitable drill bit). Alternatively, you can fit using plastic number plate bolts, stainless bolts with nylon nuts or rivet them on.

To fix: Simply clean the inside of the mudguard thoroughly along the bottom edge using an alcohol wipe (or similar) and let it dry, peel off the green backing for the double-sided tape and fix the edge to the inner edge of the mudguard. Then use the supplied drill bit to drill two holes and fix using the self tappers (supplied).
