JB have also designed their own extra large throttle and gear wheels with an ‘R’ clip fixing for quick fitting and quick release. (PLEASE NOTE, DEPENDING ON WHAT HEAD SET YOU HAVE, WHEN FITTING THE THROTTLE WHEEL YOU MIGHT HAVE TO MODIFY THE HEAD SET TO ALLOW CORRECT SEATING POSTION OF THE THROTTlE WHEEL).
The lads had this idea when they were at Cadwell Park and Mikey snapped another headset during his little off. When trying to quickly fit a new headset they said to each other ‘It would be great if we could just have some clips we could just pull off.’ So, that was one feature they had to put in.
The other cool feature is the new screw-on bar ends, which once again you can see in the photos. They screw into the end of the bars which are super easy to fit and designed with a flat edge so you can nip them up.
JB have also designed both throttle and gear wheels with grub screws allowing you to eliminate any play from the ‘R’ clip. They have even put in a 4mm thread in the throttle wheel where you can fit a screw and adjust the throttle stop on your throttle wheel if you want to, like they have on their race scooters.
This is a complete kit – both gear and throttle side comes supplied.
